Tuesday 040913

This is a journey through my day yesterday.

First period was okay. I have Mrs. Watkins for Geometry. I like this class. We had to take a benchmark test to see if we were to be put into remediation courses next year, little did they know, I am not planning on being here next year.
We used laptops to take the test and it was quite remarkable that they were not damaged, it seems impossible in this school. We took the tests, both reading and math benchmarks. Last time I took the reading I ended up surpassing the scale, hopefully the same will come of this test.
After I finished I just read my book for my English 10 review. The book is called The Secret Garden, by Frances Hodgson Burnett, so far it is amazing.
Next thing I know, the bell rang and on to my locker for second period.

Second period I have Mr. Thomas. He teaches my Psychology class. His class is okay. I just do not like the fact that he forces us sometimes to mingle. Lately the class has picked up. We are learning all sorts of fascinating topics. When I came into class he gave me a note card as usual. I filled it out and sat there dipping slightly into the tales of Mistress Mary who is quite contrary. I read my book until he started talking. We did a few things some transparency worksheets, notes, the usual.
When the bell rang I couldn't have been happier, no offense to him. I was ready to get out of that class.

Third period I have Coach Levert. He teaches my reading leisure class. Well I wouldn't say teach. How can you teach independent reading, I mean we should have all learned it by now. Unlike the name we don't do much reading. We just really talk. This class is only thirty minutes so no "biggy".

Fourth period I have lunch. All I do there is eat and I do not wish to disclose the delicate delicacies that enter my mouth. It is toP secret. Yes, with a capital "P".

Fifth and sixth period I have Coach Richardson for P.E. Well this is not a literal P.E. class. It is more like a "Hey I have no where to put these students so here lets put them there." I find it hilarious. All I do there is just sit and talk, no work, no problems.

Seventh period I have Mrs. Williamson. She teaches Spanish 1 & 2, though this semester I have her for 2. Yesterday, we had a test on a book called In the Time of the Butterflies. I think I aced it. It was easy, due to the fact that the level of many of my classmates are that of a chimp. The rest of class I just sat and talked, again.

Eighth period I have Mr. Simmer. He teaches my English 10 class. Yesterday, we just did a few blogs, no biggy. I love his class, one of my favorites. He also introduced us to this site called Codecademy.com. I love it. I spent an hour last night on it learning Javascript and Html, again. I have a knack for doing things again. After I finished my blogs, I just browsed the web and then the bell rang and once again I found myself riding home.

So far in school everything is swell, just leaves me tired all afternoon. Writing this reminds me of one thing, I have a great life, and I mean great.
